If you live in Berkshire or within 20 miles of Newbury and are a Home Owner, Landlord or Letting Agent, you can apply for ActiveCare®.

Please call our Office on 01635 863336. We don’t use call centres and you will speak to a member of our ActiveCare® Team.

We will arrange for the application form, standing order instructions and terms and conditions to be sent to you.

Central Heating System including:

  • Pressurised or unpressurised systems
  • Boiler breakdowns
  • Heating control failure
  • Radiators, valves and pipework
  • Annual boiler service
  • Annual hob service
  • Heat pumps

Hot water System including:

  • Cylinder repairs
  • Pipework leaks
  • Valve failure
  • Circulating pumps


On-site Survey

An initial survey of the central heating and hot water systems is carried out after joining so that we can become familiar with your system. We are happy to give you a greater understanding of your system and contols at this stage too. We may point out if there are existing faults in the system which need to be repaired prior being covered under the ActiveCare® plan. If you cancel the Plan after the survey a charge of £40 for the survey is payable. However, finding exclusions is rare and we like to think our 100% record of keeping our clients at this Survey stage will not be broken!

 Annual Boiler and Hob service

The first ‘free’ boiler (and hob if applicable) applies after four full month’s of membership.

Terms & Conditions

The terms and conditions are the details to protect you and our ourselves on what is and isn’t covered. They are mostly common sense, for example, any other appliances other than the hot water cylinder and boiler are not covered and neither is deliberate damage. Our ActiveCare® engineer is happy to go through these with you during the Survey visit.
