Propane Gas Boiler Cover
Uniquely, our ActiveCare® plan provides full propane gas boiler cover within Berkshire.
The chances are that if you live outside the towns in West Berkshire that you have propane gas. Our boiler cover includes propane held in tanks or bottles and takes care of repairs to the hoses and regulators as well as the gas line to the boiler and hob. (The regular maintenance requirement to change the hoses every 5 years is not included.)
For £22 per month your boiler cover includes a thorough annual boiler and hob service (usually worth £85 + £30 + vat) as well as heating and hot water maintenance and repair. An ActiveCare® LPG qualified engineer will be sent to your address.

Home Owner’s or Landlord’s certificate
You receive a Home Owner’s or Landlord’s certificate to prove we have serviced the boiler according to manufacturer’s and Regulations requirements. This is a thorough service, no shortcuts just because you are with a fixed payment plan.
Complete Boiler Cover
Typical gas boiler breakdown costs can run between £100 and £200, a considerable and unwelcome spike in household expenditure. Breakdowns are covered for £20 per month under ActiveCare® boiler cover.
Our Office staff will call you before your service is to give you an exact appointment time to fit in with your busy day.
Our engineers are employed by us and one will be allocated to your property so they will become known to you.
We do not subcontract this service.
